Chef of the Sorelle Ramonda restaurant in Reana del Rojale, he has had many experiences in the region before settling in this place, where he has been working for almost 20 years. His signature is found in the constant selection of raw materials, respecting seasonality and the territory. In his kitchen, memories and emotions coexist, a balance that is perceived in each of his dishes.
In recent years, he has dedicated himself to taking a parallel path and acquiring the Fisar sommelier qualification, out of passion and especially to understand how to pair food with wine.
Recently elected vice president of the Association of Chefs of the Province of Udine.
