ELEONORA FRANCO

Eleonora Franco (celiac), trained as a business expert and programmer, but in 2014 she turned her passion for cooking into a job after several years of amateur and professional courses, even outside the region. She first opened her laboratory, then subsequently developed a tailor-made service as a Freelance restaurant consultant for gluten-free products, home cook.

She started with pastries and bread but loves to experiment and offer everything from appetizers to desserts. She focuses on the study of raw materials, the quality and taste of tradition and territory, but her priority is the satisfied smile of the customer.

She has participated in several championships, outside the region, for several years Chef Trainer for the Italian Celiac Association for FVG and registered since 2018 with the LadyChefs of FVG, since May 2019 she has been part of the Board of Directors of the Chefs Association of the Province of Udine.
